We do not accept returns.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery.

To do this:

• Email us at elariaperfumes@gmail.com

• Include photos as proof of the damage

Approved exchanges will be processed once we verify the issue. Items reported after 24 hours or without proof cannot be exchanged.
